Results of egg donor usage in Elite Clinic

2023 (egg donation)

• In year 2023 in Clinic Elite there was performed 40 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – with frozen oocytes 18 and fresh oocytes 18:
  • From fresh 22 ET, the Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (31,82%).
  • From frozen 18 ET, the Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 6 (33,34%).
• In 2023 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 9 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 2 (22,22%).

2022 (egg donation)

• In year 2022 in Clinic Elite there was performed 35 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – with frozen oocytes.
  • Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 18 from 35 (51,4 %).
• In year 2022 in Clinic Elite there was performed 9 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 5 (55,6 %).

2021 (egg donation)

• In year 2021 in Clinic Elite there was performed 31 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 9 and frozen 22 .
  • From fresh 9 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (77.8%).
  • From frozen 22 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 11 (50%).
• In year 2021 in Clinic Elite there was performed 7 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 6 (85.7%).

2020 (egg donation)

• In year 2020 in Clinic Elite there was performed 23 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 14 and frozen 9.
  • From fresh 14 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 8 (57.1%).
  • From frozen 9 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 6 (66.7%).
• In year 2020 in Clinic Elite there was performed 9 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (77.8%).

2019 (egg donation)

• In year 2019 in Clinic Elite there was performed 57 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 45 and frozen 12.
  • From fresh 45 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 19 (42.2%).
  • From frozen 12 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (58.3%).
• In year 2019 in Clinic Elite there was performed 17 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 9 (52.9%).

2018 (egg donation)

• In  year 2018 in Clinic Elite there was performed 46 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 36 and frozen 10 .
  • From fresh 36 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 20 (55.1%).
  • From frozen 10 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 5 (50.0%).
• In  year 2018 in Clinic Elite there was performed 12 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (58.3%).

2017 (egg donation)

• In year 2017  in Clinic Elite there was performed 69 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 44 and frozen 25.
  • From fresh 44 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 23 (52.3%).
  • From frozen 25 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 15 (60%).
• In year 2017 in Clinic Elite there was performed 18 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, the pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 9 (50%).

2016 (egg donation)

• In 2016 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 76 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 57 and frozen 19 .
  • From fresh 57 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 25 (43.9%).
  • From frozen 19 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 10 (52.6%).
• In 2016 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 14 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 10 (71.4%).
• In 2016 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 7 embryo transfers (ET) after fresh embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 3 (42.9%).

2015 (egg donation)

• In 2015 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 118 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 94 and frozen 24 .
  • From fresh 94 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 55 (58.5%).
  • From frozen 24 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 13 (54.2%).
• In 2015 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 15 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 11 (73.3%).
• In 2015 from January to December in Clinic Elite there was performed 5 embryo transfers (ET) after fresh embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 3 (60%).

2014 (egg donation)

• In 2014 in Clinic Elite there was performed 118 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 83 and frozen 31 .
  • From fresh 83 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 41 (49.4%).
  • From frozen 31 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 9 (29%).
• In 2014 in Clinic Elite there was performed 16 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (43.8%).
• In 2014 in Clinic Elite there was performed 9 embryo transfers (ET) after fresh embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 4 (44.4%).

Year of 2013 (egg donation)

• In 2013 in Clinic Elite there was performed 129 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 93 and frozen 36 .
  • From fresh 93 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 41 (44.1%).
  • From frozen 36 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 7 (19.4%).
• In 2013 in Clinic Elite there was performed 22 embryo transfers (FET) after frozen embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 9 (40.9%).
• In 2013 in Clinic Elite there was performed 3 embryo transfers (ET) after fresh embryo donation, Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 2 (66.7%).

All together 36 women delivered. Total number of children: 43 (21 boys and 22 girls). Twin rate 7. One patient’s pregnancy result is unknown to us.

Year of 2012 (egg donation)

• In Clinic Elite there was performed 128 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 77 and frozen 53.
• From fresh 77 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 22 (28.6%).
• From frozen 51 ET (FET) Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 21 (41.2%).

Year of 2011 (egg donation)

• In Clinic Elite there was performed 113 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 73 and frozen 40 .
• From fresh 73 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 34 (46.6%), delivered 20 women (28,8%).
• From frozen 40 ET (FET) Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 17 (42.5%), delivered 12 women (30%).
• From fresh ET there was one lost pregnancy at 8 weeks, 12 women had missed abortion at 5-7 weeks of gestation and one woman had an ectopic pregnancy.
• From frozen ET (FET) five women had missed abortion at 5-8 weeks of gestation.
• All together 32 women delivered. Total number of children: 36 (15 boys and 21 girls). Twin rate was 4 (12.5%).

Year of 2010 (egg donation)

• In Clinic Elite there was performed 87 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 59 and frozen 28 .
• From fresh 59 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 28 (47.5%), delivered 17 women (28,8%).
• From frozen 28 ET (FET) Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 13 (46.4%), delivered 7 women (25%).
• From fresh ET there was one lost pregnancy at 23 weeks of gestation, one lost pregnancy at 18 weeks, one lost twin pregnancy at 14 weeks, 8 women had missed abortion at 5-7 weeks of gestation.
• From frozen ET (FET) there was one lost pregnancy at 36 weeks of gestation and five women had missed abortion at 4-9 weeks of gestation.
• All together 24 women delivered. Total number of children: 32 (17 boys and 15 girls). Twin rate was 8 (33,3%).

Year of 2009 (egg donation)

• In Clinic Elite there was performed 68 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 56 and frozen 12 .
• From fresh 56 ET Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 29 (51,8%), delivered 16 women (28,6%).
• From frozen 12 ET (FET) Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) was 5 (41,7%), delivered 2 women (16,7%).
• From fresh ET one women loose twins at 23 week of gestation, one loose pregnancy at 12 weeks, one at 9 weeks, one got ectopic pregnancy and was operated, 9 women had missed abortion 4-7 weeks of gestation.
• From frozen ET (FET) was one ectopic pregnancy, two missed abortion and 2 womens had delivered.
• All togethere delivered 18 women. Total number of children: 24 (15 boys and 9 girls). Twins rate was 33,3%.

Year of 2008 (egg donation)

• In Clinic Elite there was performed 72 embryo transfers (ET) after egg donation – fresh 61 and frozen 11 .
  Clinical pregnancy rate (heart activity positive) – 39 (54,2%).
• Delivered 35 women from 39 (48,6%). Total number of children: 43 (23 boys and 20 girls). One child died at 31 weeks of gestation because of recipient’s uterus rupture.
• From 39 clinical pregnancies – 2 missed abortions, one ruptura uteri at 18 weeks of pregnancy, one medical abortion at 18 weeks of pregnancy (malformation of foetus).
  Additionally to 39 clinical pregnancies we got 6 missed abortions where was not found embryo heart activity (we don’t accept them in the pregnancy rate) – all those pregnancies terminated by spontaneous or medical abortion.
